2004

5_200x0__false_nocrop_trueDespite the lack of summer weather, Holloway Arts Festival 2004 had a great line up and was much enjoyed by all, taking place on 11 July in The Royal Northen Gardens on Manor Gardens, London N7.

2_200x0__false_nocrop_trueAustralian drummers Tetrafide Percussion, Irish female comedians Anne Gildea, Sue Collins and Pom Boyd, and ‘the sound of Green Lanes’ Oojami were highlights. Local talent from Gillespie Over 60’s Dance Group, St Marks’ Singing Club and the Urgan Flavas showcase acts were greatly enjoyed.

4_200x0__false_nocrop_trueArt and circus skills workshops gave the community a chance to get ‘hands on’.

The festival was organised with The Royal Northern Gardens Park User Group and Islington Greenspace. It was sponsored by Snappy Snaps at 506 Holloway Road.
