The Rowan Arts Project

About us

The Rowan Arts Project promotes the arts as a means for communities to come together and regenerate themselves. We do this by working with local organisations and groups to plan and put on year-round arts projects and activities. We also produce regular larger-scale events that give people a chance to come together, both as performers and as audience.

The arts give individuals and communities unique opportunities to develop. By bringing the arts to local parks, schools, libraries and community centres we aim to make them accessible to everyone.

We also work with groups and organisations to help them devise, plan and raise funds for projects which we can manage for them.

Our funding is a combination of charitable grants, service level agreements, fees charged, sponsorship and donations, and income from events.
