Admin and Research Volunteer
Rowan Arts produce a range of high-quality arts and heritage projects and events across Islington. We are looking for a volunteer to join our busy, friendly team in our office in Holloway.
Current and recent projects include: the annual Holloway Arts Festival, Islington Exhibits and Holloway Life, a new, hyper-local website for the Holloway area.
This is a chance to learn new skills and consolidate existing ones. We would like someone who could commit to 4 or 5 days per week for one month. We can pay travel expenses of up to £5.90 per day.
Person Specification
- Flexible, friendly, reliable and willing to learn
- Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word and Excel)
- Enthusiasm for heritage and the arts and a commitment to Rowan Arts’ approach
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Committed to equal opportunities
- Research and writing skills
